1. Acceptance of Terms

By using any LaundryZiva self-service washing machine or dryer, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Use of Equipment

Users must operate the washing machines and dryers in accordance with the instructions provided on the machines. You are responsible for ensuring that the items you place in the machines are suitable for automated washing and drying.

3. Payments

All payments are processed digitally via UPI at the machine. Once a cycle is initiated and payment is successful, it cannot be canceled or modified.

4. Liability for Items

LaundryZiva is not responsible for any damage to clothing, shrinkage, color bleeding, or loss of items left unattended. Users are advised to empty pockets before washing and to remove their laundry promptly after the cycle finishes.

5. Unattended Laundry

To ensure fair access for all users, please remove your laundry immediately after the cycle ends. LaundryZiva facility staff reserve the right to remove finished laundry from a machine if another user is waiting.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our facilities constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
