When you use a LaundryZiva self-service machine, we do not require you to create an account or provide personal identification. The only data we process is related to your transaction.

2. Payment Data

All payments are processed securely through third-party UPI gateways (such as Cashfree, PhonePe, or Razorpay). LaundryZiva does not collect, store, or have access to your bank account details or UPI PIN. We only receive a transaction success/failure status and a transaction ID.

3. Usage Data

We collect anonymous machine usage data (such as time of use and cycle selected) to monitor machine health, schedule maintenance, and improve facility operations.

4. Contacting Us

If you contact us for support (e.g., via email or phone), we will use your provided contact information solely to resolve your issue or answer your query.

5. Data Security

We implement standard security measures to protect the limited transaction data we hold. We do not sell or rent any user data to third parties.
